Newsflash nr 19, september 2010
Welcome Geocachers,

This edition a number of new Geocoins.
For instance, the from the Davy Jones pirates we have now the very nice copper/red 'Crimson Tide' version and in the Four Elements series there are now also micro coin.

Next weekend we will be in Ranst (near Antwerpen, Belgium) on the RT-event.
Looking at the huge list of new caches, it is going to be a great event!

New Geocoins

 

Davy Jones Crimson Tide

This is a little look into the undersea world, from the porthole. 
The front side has half raised detail of a ship and a skull underneath the translucent enamel. 
The backside is an old time compass, with half raised distress under the translucent enamel.  

Size: 44mm, 5.0mm 3D highest point, 3mm edge thickness

Trackable at Geocaching.com with it's own icon. 

 

Four elements: micro coins

 

 

 


 

 

 

Our popular Four Elements Geocoin is now available as a micro.

Awe-inspiring and often beautiful, the forces that shape our planet are meticulously crafted on these detailed little micros.

Each element - wind, fire, water and earth - is represented on a separate coin and is trackable with a unique icon. Get your favorite or collect all four.

Size:  25mm in diameter

This coin is trackable on Geocaching.com and has its own icon. 

 

Julius Quintiles

This coin commerates Julius Caesar, since well, that's where July came from.

A 3D bust of Caesar adorns the front of the coin and the back featuring a gem surrounded by translucent and glow enamel.

With this coin comes a pathtag, with a unique number, which can be logged at pathtags.com

Size: 44mm in diameter, 3.5 mm thickness

Zaanhoeve Geocoin LE

This coin was maid to promote the Bolognezer dogs. 
Since the middle ages these dogs were frequently seen near  kings and queens. 
They had to be nice and funny, a beautiful  hair care and easily caried on the arm. A real juwel. 
On the other side is a windmill from the Zaanstreek.  
There are 80 pieces made.

MEE Geocoin

The event Geocoin of the MEE Event in Eindhoven, 4-5-6 september 2010.

A beautiful coin in two-tone gold edition with black nickel. On the front, Joris and the Dragon are slidely raised.

Size: 45 x 38 mm, 5 mm thick

On October 23rd we will be at the het Snert event in Sellingen.

November 2010:
On november 20th we will be at the OZFE event in Dronten.
